12 Months Per Employee Review? Try 6.

The web industry moves at a speed so quick that it’s hard enough for me to keep up and it’s even tougher for those in the trenches day to day.  So, as a business owner for me to set the employee’s performance review to the corporate standard of once per year … well that’s just not fair to them.  topLingo reviews are performed every 6 months.  Mostly due to the fact that in a six month period (really 3 months) our employee’s skills, portfolio and experience has increased ten fold.   They should be rewarded for that.
