This highly customized web-based solution developed by topLingo for JPMorgan Chase expedites, automates, digitizes and solves the previous manual processing issues faced by the Customer Service department while accepting applications and supporting documentation from Broker applicants. 

 

The system topLingo built with the awesome support of the Chase B2B Marketing Department had an immediate impact upon release saving the company time, money and massively reducing errors in processing. The web-based software hosted by topLingo features components such as:

  • Multiple division support.

 

  • Complex user tier management system.  Based upon your login access is granted to various stages and files within the application queue.  User types include; Full Admin, Chase Admin, Sales Support, Sales Manager, Account Executive and Applicant (Broker)

 

  • File management routing, status modification and notation.  Any file's status can be changed from one to 15 different status types complimented by textual comments and file routing to the correct individual.

 

  • Smart document preparation for the applicant.  Based upon questions asked initially, subsequent questions are tailored to the applicant so not to waste their time and the applicant can complete the application in either one session or multiple sessions.File upload and fax support.  Important documents like state business licenses and articles of incorporation can be uploaded or faxed.  If faxed, a fax cover sheet is downloaded from the site with a unique bar code identifier that recognizes the type of document and for whom.  The applicant can then fax in their docs which are converted to PDF, routed to their queue and without any refreshing of the browser are available to preview online within minutes.

 

  • Orphan file support.  Error faxes are orphaned and then enabled for the admin to route to the correct file for processing.

 

  • Virtual elimination of shipping costs.  In the previous manual processing system, shipping costs between the company and broker could have exceeded $30 per application.

 

  • Digital file output. Completed packages are organized, properly labeled and converted into PDF's then grouped in one final compiled PDF as well as a .ZIP file for the Chase Admin.
